1. About the site

This site belongs to La Patrona Trailers, with its factory at 2900 Titan Row, Suite 130, Orlando, FL 32817. Its purpose is to give you information about our food trailers and connect you with our team.

2. Information is for guidance only

• The sizes, uses, capacities and examples we show are for guidance. Every trailer is custom built and its final features depend on your project.
• Photos and videos show trailers built for other customers and are for illustration only.
• Any price, quote, delivery time or condition is only valid once it is in writing in a contract signed by both parties.

3. Financing

The financing options, amounts and down payments we mention are subject to approval by the lender and its own requirements. La Patrona does not guarantee approval of any financing.

4. Coverage

We deliver to most of the United States. Due to licensing, we currently do not serve some areas, such as California and Washington state. Your advisor will confirm coverage based on your exact address.

5. Permits and licenses

Every city, county and state has its own rules for operating a food trailer. Obtaining the permits, licenses and inspections to operate your business is the customer's responsibility. We are happy to guide you, but the final decision rests with each local authority.

6. Automated assistant

Some replies on WhatsApp and social media come from an automated assistant. Its answers are for information only and do not replace what a La Patrona advisor confirms to you in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The La Patrona brand, logo, text, photos and videos on this site belong to La Patrona Trailers or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written authorization.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, La Patrona is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the site or from decisions made solely based on its information.
