2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city and state, and what you tell us about your project (what you plan to sell, trailer size and when you need it).
- Information to guide you on payment: whether you plan to pay in cash or with financing, an approximate credit score range for you or your co-signer, and the approximate capital you have available. We never ask for your Social Security number (SSN) over WhatsApp or social media.
- Messages: the content of your conversations with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or by phone.
- Browsing information: when you visit the site, tools such as the Meta Pixel (with the Conversions API) and Google Analytics collect technical information: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate IP address and cookie identifiers.
3. Automated assistant
The first WhatsApp and social media messages are answered by Francisca, La Patrona's automated assistant, who asks a few questions to understand your project and connect you with the right advisor. If at any point you would rather talk to a person, just say so.
4. How we use your information
- To answer your questions, prepare your quote and connect you with an advisor.
- To guide you on the payment and financing options that may apply to you.
- To follow up on your request by phone call, WhatsApp or text message.
- To measure and improve our website and our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers: Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and its Pixel), Google (Analytics), our customer management and messaging platform, and our web hosting provider. They process data under their own policies and only to provide their services to us.
- Financing companies: only if you decide to apply for financing and give us your authorization.
- Authorities: when required by law.
We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Text and WhatsApp messages
If you message us or give us your number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or text message about your request. Message frequency varies and carrier rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by emailing us at the address above.
7. Cookies
We use our own and third-party cookies (Meta and Google) to make the site work, measure visits and show more relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Google account.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep it as long as it is useful to handle and follow up on your request, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
